JPS Return Policy
Individuals: JPS guarantees our books, and will accept returns for refund of the price paid, less shipping charges on all books sold directly to customers (not on JPS books purchased from third parties).
Institutional/Trade Accounts: Full credit will be allowed for books returned in saleable condition and mailed postpaid. Include either invoice number or date of order.
For All Customers
Infrequently, damage may occur in shipping, or manufacturing may be imperfect. JPS guarantees all of its books. If there is a problem with a book you receive and wish to return, send it back with your name, address, and the reason for the return to:

Please note that returns are NOT accepted at the JPS Philadelphia offices.
Online orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, however you can return the item for a refund or credit; see our Returns Policies outlined above for details.
