Full credit will be allowed for books returned in saleable condition and mailed postpaid. Include either invoice number or date of order.
Infrequently, damage may occur in shipping, or manufacturing may be imperfect. JPS guarantees all of its books. If there is a problem with a book you receive and wish to return, send it back with your name, address, and the reason for the return to:
